Regulations

​§ 1. General provisions

1. The online store, accessible at http://artfulcrafts.nl, is managed by Artful Crafts, located at Evertsenstraat 8, 5463 HM Veghel, registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 91615224.
2. These general terms and conditions determine the rules for using the store, as well as the rights and obligations of the Customer and the Seller.

§ 2. Definitions

1. Customer – a natural person who purchases goods in the store and who has full legal capacity.
2. Goods – products offered in the store.
3. Order – the Customer’s agreement of intent regarding the purchase of goods, which is placed electronically.
4. General terms and conditions – this document, which sets out the rules for using the store.

§ 3. Placing orders

1. Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via the store's website.
2. The Customer is obliged to provide correct contact details and a delivery address.
3. After placing an order, the Customer will receive an automatic confirmation at the specified e-mail address.
4. The store reserves the right to verify the order and contact the Customer to confirm the details.

§ 4. Prices and payments

1. All prices of the goods are in euros and include VAT.
2. The shipping costs are determined separately when placing the order and amount to €6.95 within the Netherlands. For shipping abroad, the costs are determined individually. 3. The Customer has the option to choose a payment method, including:
- Bank transfer
- Online payment
- Payment upon delivery

4. In case of choosing online payment, the order will be processed after receipt of payment.

§ 5. Execution of the order

1. The delivery time of the order is 5 to 15 working days, as each product is freshly made after receipt of the order.

2. The goods will be shipped to the address specified by the Customer in the order.

3. The store is not liable for delays caused by the carrier, an incorrect delivery address specified by the Customer or force majeure.

§ 6. Right of withdrawal

1. The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days after receipt of the goods.

2. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must inform the store of his decision by sending a written statement (the withdrawal form available on the store's website can be used).

3. The goods must be returned to the store's address in an undamaged condition and in their original packaging.

4. The store will refund the full amount of the order to the Customer within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods.

§ 7. Complaints

1. The Customer has the right to file a complaint about the goods in the event of manufacturing defects.

2. The complaint must be filed without delay after discovery by sending a written statement to the store's e-mail address, attaching photos of the defective product.

3. The store will process the complaint within 14 working days of its submission.

4. In the event of a justified complaint, the store will reimburse the Customer for the cost of the goods and the shipping costs. 5. The shop is not liable for damage caused by the carrier.

§ 8. Data protection

1. The administrator of the personal data of Customers is Artful Crafts.
2. The personal data of Customers are processed in accordance with the data protection legislation (GDPR) and are not provided to third parties without the consent of the Customer.
3. The Customer has the right to access and correct his data, as well as the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority.

§ 9. Final provisions

1. These general terms and conditions are effective from 01.11.2024.
2. The shop reserves the right to make changes to the general terms and conditions, which will be published on the website. Changes come into effect on the day of publication.
3. For matters not regulated in the general terms and conditions, the provisions of civil law apply, including the provisions regarding the sale of goods.
