Returns
1. The customer has the right to cancel the agreement within 14 days after receipt of the goods, without giving reasons.
2. In order to exercise the right of cancellation, the customer must send a written declaration of cancellation to the e-mail address of the store.
3. The goods must be returned to the address of the store:

in the original packaging and in undamaged condition.
4. The costs of returning the goods are borne by the customer.
5. The store undertakes to refund the full amount of the order within 14 days after receipt of the returned goods.
Complaints
1. The customer has the right to file complaints in the event of manufacturing defects in the goods. 2. Complaints must be submitted immediately after discovery, by sending a corresponding statement to the store's email address, together with photos of the defective goods.
3. The store will process the complaint within 14 working days after submission.
4. In case the complaint is approved, the store will reimburse the customer for the cost of the goods and the shipping costs.
5. The store is not liable for damage to the package by the carrier.

1. For questions about returns and complaints, the customer can contact the store's customer service by email.
2. The store reserves the right to make changes to the return and complaint policy, which will be published on the website.
