Each of our candles is made with care and attention to detail – we want it to look beautiful,
arrive safely, and reach you as soon as possible.

Here’s what to expect in terms of delivery times, depending on the product:​

• Candles from the Marble and 4 Elements collections, as well as all scented gift sets,
are usually ready to ship and will be dispatched within 3–5 business days after purchase.
• Personalized XXL candles with custom text are handcrafted to order. Their production
begins only after your purchase is confirmed, and they are shipped within 5–15 business days, depending on the current workload (this may take longer during busy seasons like holidays).
